Withdrawal from the Agreement – Information for Consumers

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, a Buyer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date of concluding the agreement.

❗ Exception – Digital Content (courses, ebooks, recordings)
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• the purchase involved digital content (e.g., online course, recording, ebook),

• the service began before the 14-day withdrawal period ended – with the Consumer’s explicit consent,

• the Consumer was informed about the loss of the right to withdraw and accepted it.

Such consent is given during the purchase by ticking a checkbox.
