Withdrawal from the Agreement – Information for Consumers
In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, a Buyer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date of concluding the agreement.
❗ Exception – Digital Content (courses, ebooks, recordings)
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

the purchase involved digital content (e.g., online course, recording, ebook),
-
the service began before the 14-day withdrawal period ended – with the Consumer’s explicit consent,
-
the Consumer was informed about the loss of the right to withdraw and accepted it.
Such consent is given during the purchase by ticking a checkbox.
✅ How to withdraw from the agreement (if you are entitled to it)
To withdraw from the agreement, send a clear statement by email to:

⏱ Refund
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal statement. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used during purchase, unless you agree to another method.
