This is the foundation of effective sales in a new market.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Understand how to safely collaborate with a foreign partner \u2013 this includes negotiations, risk and liability management, and respecting local cultural and religious contexts that can greatly affect effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Run effective marketing communication in an international environment \u2013 without tailored messaging, you won\u2019t succeed and will likely waste time and resources.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ultimately \u2013 ask yourself if your company is ready to scale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What if your product \u201ctakes off\u201d? Are you operationally ready to handle increased demand? Do you have the production, logistics, and human resources to serve international customers?<\/p>\n<p>Without the right knowledge and preparation, it&#8217;s easy to lose not only time and money, but also your reputation \u2013 both abroad and at home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Export is an investment in the future<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Internationalization is not a trend, but a necessity and natural development path for manufacturing companies. You don\u2019t need to be a global corporation to go international.
